What we spray
Roof coating and cladding spraying are the core of the work. The rest is what a commercial building usually needs in the same visit.
Protective recoating across the roof, with corroded cut edges ground back, treated and sealed first — the most common fault we find, and the one that gets expensive if left.
Profiled metal, composite and fibre cement cladding chemically cleaned, corrosion treated, then sprayed in place. Nothing comes off, nothing is replaced, and the building carries on trading.
Large elevations, roof sheets and structural steelwork recoated around shifts, stock and vehicle movements. Phased by elevation, so loading bays and yard circulation stay in use.
Aluminium curtain walling and façade framing resprayed where it hangs. Glazing stays in, masked and protected, and tenants stay in the building while the work happens.
Night shifts, weekend work and phased closures, agreed with your facilities team before anyone arrives. An elevation or a loading bay is out for hours rather than weeks.
Any RAL, BS or NCS reference, including brand and planning-condition colours. Samples are sprayed out on site for sign-off before the main work starts.
Recent commercial projects
Four commercial buildings, all recoated in place with the occupiers still trading — every figure is taken from the project record.

Marden Edwards, Dorset — drag to compare

Exterior cladding, canopy, pillars and steelwork. Chemically cleaned and degreased, loose coating removed by high-pressure wash, then sprayed in multiple coats — all in place, with the site trading around the work.

Curtain walling, window and door frames, cladding, staircase, handrails and roller shutters, all resprayed on site and brought to one consistent finish in the company’s own colours.

Every panel and cladding sheet across the two buildings, sprayed from MEWPs with a weather-resistant system to one consistent finish matched to their brand.

Curtain walling and aluminium doors on a city-centre hotel, resprayed inside and out. The work ran through the quietest hours, so guests came and went as normal from first day to last.
Sectors
Automotive retail, industrial and manufacturing, care facilities and hospitality — buildings that cannot easily close, worked around the people using them.

The decision
Replacement is a capital project; coating is a maintenance one. If the panels are sound and only the finish has failed, recoating is usually the right answer — and the survey will tell you either way.
| On-site spraying | Replacement | |
|---|---|---|
| Cost | A fraction of replacement | £150–£300+ per m² |
| Programme | Weeks | Months |
| Building stays in use | Yes — open and trading | No — elevations closed off |
| Existing panels retained | Yes — cleaned, treated, recoated | No — stripped out and skipped |
| Disruption to operations | Hours rather than weeks — phased, nights and weekends | Sustained — elevations out of use for the duration |

How it works
We come to the building, assess the roof, cladding and existing coating, and tell you what can be recoated and what cannot. No charge, no obligation.
A written condition report and a fixed-price quote, with the coating specification and a coating guarantee of up to 20 years, confirmed in writing with the quote.
RAMS are issued for approval before work starts. We phase by elevation, work nights and weekends where needed, and keep the building open throughout.
We reply within one working day.
Where we work
We come to the building, anywhere in England and Wales, from a single unit to a multi-site estate. Teams work from three bases, so the survey is never far away.
Common questions
Yes — that is the speciality. We run night shifts, weekend work and phased closures, so an elevation, a floor or a loading bay is out of use for hours rather than weeks. Work zones are contained and sheeted, the coatings are low-odour, and access and permits are agreed with your facilities team first.
Every project carries a coating guarantee of up to 20 years, confirmed in writing with the quote. It covers the coating system applied, and the exact terms are on paper before you commit — so you can put it in front of procurement alongside the RAMS and the insurance certificate.
Always. Full risk assessments and method statements are issued for approval before any work begins, on every project, without being asked. We are CHAS accredited, every operative holds a valid CSCS card, and we carry £10 million public liability insurance — the certificate comes with the quote.
Usually not. Where the sheets are structurally sound and only the coating has weathered, recoating in place restores the finish for a fraction of replacement. Coating will not fix a perforated sheet or a panel at the end of its life — that is what the survey is for, and we will say so.
Yes — any RAL, BS or NCS reference, including brand and planning-condition colours. Samples are sprayed out on site for your sign-off before the main work starts, so the colour on the building is the one you approved, not the one on a chart.
