Factory spraying

Factory and industrial unit exteriors, plus structural steelwork, canopies and pillars, sprayed while production continues.

We also spray: on-site spraying · office window spraying · staircases, handrails, roller shutters and structural steelwork, usually on the same visit.

Is your building’s exterior costing you tenants?

Cladding fades, chalks and streaks. Roller shutters and window frames rust. A building that looked new when it was built starts telling prospective tenants something its owner would rather it did not.

If the panels are structurally sound and only the finish has failed, spraying restores the building for a fraction of replacement. If they are not, we will say so at the survey.

Most of our work comes out of planned maintenance and refurbishment budgets, triggered by a tired exterior, tenant or brand-image concerns, or façade materials reaching the end of their life where replacement is too costly.

We work around your building, not through it

Disruption is the first objection we hear, and it is a fair one. Buildings that stay open are what this company is built around.

We run night shifts, weekend work and phased closures, so an elevation, a loading bay or a shop front is out of use for hours rather than weeks. Our office runs Monday to Friday, but the spraying crews work evenings and weekends whenever a building has to stay open in the working day. Work zones are sheeted, coatings are low odour, and access, permits and delivery routes are agreed with your facilities team before anyone arrives.

Where a programme has to be short, we put more sprayers on it rather than ask for more time. At CarShop in Wolverhampton the site stayed live throughout, with contractors in and out of the buildings all day — twelve weeks allowed, delivered in six.

Nothing is removed and nothing is replaced. The building keeps trading, the tenants keep working, and the only thing that changes is the outside of it.

How a USP project runs

Five steps. The first three cost nothing.

  1. Free site visit. We come to the building, at a time that suits the site, and assess what you have.
  2. Written report. You get a written condition report — on cladding, that is our free cladding analysis report — setting out what has failed and what can be recoated.
  3. Fixed-price quote and specification. The coating system, the colours, the access method and the price. RAMS and the insurance certificate come with it.
  4. Programme agreed.Dates, shifts, phasing and site access signed off with your facilities team before we mobilise.
  5. Works and sign-off.We spray, you inspect, and the guarantee is issued on completion.

Who we work with

We work for facilities managers, building owners, asset and estate managers, main contractors and procurement leads — the people responsible for a building’s exterior rather than the people behind it.

Typical projects run £15,000 to £100,000 and cover industrial units, warehouses, distribution centres, offices, retail parks, showrooms, hotels, schools and care facilities. Multi-site estates are phased and priced as one programme.

We do not do domestic house painting, interior decorating or small private jobs. If that is what you need, we are the wrong contractor and we will say so on the phone.

Commercial spray painting: your questions answered

Can you work while the building is occupied?

Yes, and most of our work is. Night shifts, weekend work and phased closures keep the building trading throughout.

What does a commercial spraying project cost?

It comes from the survey. Commercial projects typically run £15,000 to £100,000, moved by area, condition, access, height and whether the work runs out of hours. The quote is fixed price.

What guarantee do you give?

The coating system carries a guarantee of up to 20 years.

Do you provide RAMS and insurance documentation?

Yes. Risk assessments and method statements are issued for approval before work starts, and the £10 million public liability certificate comes with the quote.

Do you work nationwide?

Yes. We are a national contractor and we go to the building — England, Scotland and Wales, from a single unit to a multi-site estate. Head office is Bradford.
