The work
What car showroom spraying covers
A car showroom sells on appearance more than almost any other building. Faded cladding, chalky aluminium framing and a tired entrance undermine the cars parked in front of them — and replacing that fabric means scaffolding, closure and a capital bill.
Car showroom spraying is the alternative. We recoat the existing exterior in place: the cladding panels and fascias, the powder-coated aluminium framing and curtain walling around the glazing, entrance portals and feature panels. Nothing is removed, nothing is replaced, and the showroom keeps trading while the work happens around it.
The same visit often takes in the wider site — workshop and valet-bay cladding, customer parking structures and signage backgrounds — so the whole dealership presents as one refurbishment, not a patched one.
Brand standards
Matched to the manufacturer’s colours
Most showroom work is driven by brand: a franchise corporate-identity update, a change of marque on the same building, or paintwork that has drifted too far from the standard to pass an inspection.
We colour-match to any RAL, BS or NCS reference, including manufacturer corporate colours, and spray out samples on the building itself for sign-off before the main work starts — so the colour is agreed on your actual cladding in your actual light, not off a chart.
Rebrands and CI updates
The exterior brought to the new standard without replacing the fabric.

A showroom that stays open
Working around customers and stock
A dealership cannot shut its doors for a repaint, and with our approach it does not have to. Work is phased one elevation or area at a time, so the entrance, forecourt and display areas stay usable through the working day. Where daytime access matters most, we run night and weekend shifts instead.
Every work zone is contained and sheeted before spraying starts, and we agree with your team beforehand which display vehicles and areas need moving or covering. The coatings we use are low-odour, so the customer experience inside carries on as normal.
It is the same discipline we apply to shop fronts and every other on-site spraying project: the building keeps earning while it is being recoated.
Specification
Preparation, coating system and guarantee
The finish is only as good as what sits underneath it. On the survey we assess the condition of the existing coating, whether it is sound enough to overcoat, and where corrosion or surface damage needs treating first.
From that we specify the system: degrease and abrade the existing surface, treat any corrosion, prime where it is needed, then apply a two-pack commercial topcoat by spray. The result is a uniform factory-style finish that resists chipping, peeling, UV fading — the usual reason showroom colours drift — and the daily wash-downs a dealership frontage takes.
Spraying uses less material than conventional repainting and costs a fraction of replacing cladding or framing, which is why manufacturers and dealer groups choose it. The finished system carries a coating guarantee of up to 20 years, confirmed in writing with the quote.

Car showroom spraying FAQs
Can you spray the showroom while it stays open?
Yes — that is how most dealership projects run. Work is phased by elevation or area, work zones are contained and sheeted, the coatings are low-odour, and night or weekend shifts cover the areas that cannot be out of use in the daytime.
Which parts of a car showroom can be sprayed?
External cladding panels and fascias, powder-coated aluminium framing and curtain walling, entrance portals, feature panels and doors — plus workshop and valet-bay cladding on the same site. If you are unsure whether a surface can be coated, the free survey will tell you either way.
Can you match our manufacturer’s brand colours?
Yes — any RAL, BS or NCS reference, including franchise corporate-identity colours. We spray out samples on the building for approval before the main work starts.
Is spraying cheaper than replacing the cladding or framing?
Significantly. Removal and replacement is usually the most expensive part of a refurbishment and the part that closes the building. Recoating in place keeps the existing fabric, uses less material and keeps the showroom trading.
What guarantee do you offer?
A coating guarantee of up to 20 years, confirmed in writing with the quote.
Do you provide RAMS and insurance documents?
Always. Full risk assessments and method statements are issued for approval before any work begins, and our £10 million public liability certificate is supplied with the quote.
