  • Thoroughly chemically clean and degrease all surfaces of the exterior cladding to ensure the removal of dirt, grime, and any other contaminants.
  • Use appropriate cleaning agents and techniques to achieve a clean and smooth substrate for the paint application.
  • Employ a 3500 psi pressure washer to effectively remove any loose or flaking coatings from the exterior cladding.
  • The high-pressure cleaning process will help prepare the surfaces by eliminating unstable or damaged paint layers.
  • Apply several coats of high-quality paint products such as Rustoleum, HMG, or Selimix, selected based on their durability and protective properties.
  • Adhere to the manufacturer’s guidelines and recommendations for the selected paint, ensuring proper application techniques for optimum results.
  • The chosen paint system should provide a minimum warranty period of 10 years, ensuring durability and performance.
  • Utilise a spray painting technique for efficient and uniform coverage of the exterior cladding.
  • Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the proper application of the chosen paint system, including mixing ratios, spray equipment, and recommended drying times.
  • Apply multiple coats of paint to achieve the desired level of protection, durability, and an aesthetically pleasing finish.
